I like the, is it tonality, of this piece and the splashes of color added by the cardinals are a wonderful touch!.

Just looking at your composition, and I can feel the cold. Poor fairy - though actually, being a fairy, she's not overly affected, right? :D The cardinals are such a good idea - and they add some warmth too! Well done.
